Our estate sale team handles everything-cleaning, organizing, and beautifully displaying your items for the best sale results. We use existing and additional shelving, tables, and displays as needed to showcase your treasures and maximize sales!
Pricing & Appraisals
We research and price your items using current market values to get you the best return. For specialty pieces, we'll consult expert appraisers at no cost to you. Your input is always welcome!
Marketing
At 228 Estate Sellers, we make estate sale advertising easy. We promote your sale through social media, email, and top estate sale websites-locally, regionally, and nationally. Plus, we feature it on our website, Facebook, and subscriber mailing list. With strategic marketing and signage (when permitted), we help buyers find your sale and maximize your success.
Running the Sale
We are committed to conducting your sale in the most efficient and professional manner, with the goal of selling every item for the highest possible amount. Throughout the course of a sale, we may negotiate prices or accept bids to achieve this objective. You may place a minimum acceptable reserve price for a small handful of special items.
